We carefully screen each household to insure our dogs are in the best possible home. We raise each puppy in our home and consider them part of our family. Information About Owning a Howling Willows Husky
Our puppies (and available adult dogs) will only go to approved homes. In order to hold a place in the order of puppy picks, a non-refundable deposit of $100 is required. It is applied towards the purchase price of $1000 (for pets) and the remaining balance is then $900 when you pick up your pet puppy. Our huskies that are sold to pet homes will be required to sign a spay/neuter contract and will have limited AKC registration. Occasionally we will sell show prospect puppies that we have evaluated to have showing potential. These limited puppies will have full AKC registration. Full AKC registration allows them to be shown or bred. These very special puppies will be sold for $1400-$1600. Please contact us to request a current copy of the pet or show contract.
When you purchase a Howling Willows Husky, you will get:

A home-raised husky that is socialized with young children

Vet records showing a well-puppy exam and record of their first vaccinations

Records showing their first doses of heartworm and flea/tick preventatives

A 5-year health guarantee covering hereditary/congenital defects that are life threatening or disabling until the age of 5 years
We require that if at any time you can no longer care for your husky, you return him/her to us or allow us to help find an acceptable replacement home. This helps to insure our carefully bred puppies never have to go to an animal shelter or rescue. We also ask that all owners update us yearly on the health and temperament of their dog so we can continually evaluate our breeding program.
A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to hold a place in line for a pet puppy. You will be allowed your pick after show prospects have been evaluated. We take into consideration the temperament of each puppy and his/her prospective family, so the ultimate placement of puppies is at our discretion. We will attempt to accommodate preferences as much as possible. Deposit holders are not required to select from those puppies offered at any given time. Future litters can always be considered; however, deposits will not be refunded. The deposit form can be downloaded, printed, and either emailed or mailed to us, along with your deposit. We also accept Paypal. The final balance will be paid when the puppy is picked up and must be paid in cash unless other arrangements were made.
